Our clients located in Scarborough Ontario loved their back yard because they saw the potential! The one problem is the pathway was not even, and they had a drainage issue. The slope of their yard needed to be fixed.
This was a multi-step project. First we had to take everything up and re-grade/re-level their back yard. This incorporated digging almost 4 feet down in some areas… all by HAND!
Next, we built a retaining wall on the one side to allow for a unconventional seating area.
We then planned where the path way was going to go. To save on costs we re-used their own pavers.
This was one of the best re-purposing project we have done – to date.
